sams sells several sizes
i picked up a 2 by 4 with adjustable height legs
i have seen some add pvc legs to make a table taller

Will have to check it out. Would be better than carring the PVC leg extenders.

I cut some 1" PVC pipr and drill holes into each piece then put bolt and nut on to the hight that I wanted.

Was thinking of bolting, but my tables would not fold up right.

I have some of the adjustable height folding tables at work. Nice that they do go taller but only to 36" and that's not tall enough for me (6'3").
I have the standard table with PVC legs for cooking and I think it works great. Gets me to 40" height and is very stable and easy to transport.
Just my opinion but the PVC legs are the way to go.
