Been raining since yesterday. So I fired up the mini to cook some snacks.

Here's my high tech eggcellerator.

Looks good. Been raining down here in Sarasota since last night. Had to drain almost 5" of water out of the pool this morning before it overflowed.

Love that technology, what will they (you) think of next...

Niceeeee there Thillin, that's a good idea for a rainy afternoon...... And I agree with ya also Tarpon,, I guess we are in the same storm stream, we sure had the house shaking last night....

looks nice! good form with the thermometer retaining clip on the outside.

option for green egg...daisy wheel or no daisy wheel. you might have something there.

Is that a reynolds wrap plate setter?

Wrapped around a 5in terra cotta saucer. it's sitting on a small pices of expanded steel. Then my Woo Ring elevating the grate. It's like FrankenMini.

Round 3 just went on. A classic fatty. Pics when done.

Just about 6 hour burn on 2 handfuls of lump, a handful of cherry chips and 2 small cherry chunks.

And leftover fuel in the firebox.
