So? How many lbs, what temp and how long?
 
Huge, it was tiny, maybe 4lbs, cooked at about 270F, 5 hours or so. I thought I was buying tri-tip, I blame people that do not put stuff back in the right place for me ending up with a chuck and not a tri-tip. It cannot be that I did not read carefully.

Thanks I grilled a 3 pounder last weekend. It was good but I wished I had smoked it. Definitely smoking the next little one.
