I 'channeled' my inner Pickled Pig tonight and tried out the rub/sauce combo that Paul uses so often. My pictures aren't as good as Paul's, but here they are.

Cooker at 277°

Sled is correct... The grocery store I went to didn't have pineapple juice concentrate. (Stupid Food Lion)
I thought I had canned pineapple at home and was just going to add some juice to get close... but I was wrong.
