Default Beef and Spare Rib Challenge

A couple of weeks ago, someone issued a "challenge" to my kiddos to cook some ribs. My son, Drew, (who's screen name here is now DrewBQ) took the challenge on Labor Day - just got the pics downloaded.

The beef ribs were rubbed with Bovine Bold and s/p - the untrimmed spares rubbed with Yardbird and s/p. Before and after pics. They were very good.

For some reason, Drew can't post anything - or access any forums, so I'm posting for him. Enjoy the pics.

Oh yeah, the beef ribs were slightly sauced before removing from the Egg - the pork ribs were not. I forgot to get a picture of the ribs cut, but they were very good.
