I like using Adobo in different sauces, dressings, etc., but I can onl find it in the can with Chipotles. I don't always need the chipotles. Does anyone have a good Adobo recipe? i found this one from Emeril that I will probably try but if you guys have one that is good I'd like to see that as well.
