I found this on craigslist, got it for $40.

Can anyone ID it?

It needs restoration, but looks pretty good.

Good score. Get some furnace cement to mend the firebox.

Will this stuff work to repair the fire box?

(sorry about the extra 'n')

Even my best friend is making fun of my BBQs now.

DAP® High Heat Mortar

Can also be used for patching and sealing around fireplaces and wood-burning stoves. Withstands temperatures up to 2000 degrees F. Sets rock hard when fired. Easy water clean-up.

Ok.
I took it apart and this is what I have.
Not too bad.
The fire ring has a crack, the fire box is in three pieces, it has two grates (one an obvious addition), the door is rusty/stuck, and there is a very slight hairline crack just under the door opening on the inside.
Now to work. :icon_cool
