I did some pork butts and abt's yesterday. Rubbed the pork with adams rib rub on one and amish pork rub on the other. Stuffed the abt's with pepperjack and adams rib rub. I smoked the abt's for 2 hours turning once. I smoked the butts for 9 hours at 225 pulled at 190 wrapped and put in the cooler to rest for an hour. It all turned out great and is a ton of fun cooking with my 4 yr old son...:grin:

Nice lookin food but "ton of fun cooking with my 4 yr old son..." is the best part. You are teaching him to be the right kind of man.
