2009 Enshrinement Ribs Cook-Off and Block Party
Event Date: Friday, July 17th, 2009
KCBS Sanctioned Competition (Ribs only)
Cooking teams may arrive as early as 5:00am on the 17th, but should be ready by 8:00am.
Competition begins at 9:00am.
Amateur teams turn in at 4:00pm
Professional teams turn in at 6:00pm
