It's a beautiful day here in NE Florida..So why not smoke some meat..

Fattie #1 is 1lb of JD sausage mixed w/ 1/2lb of hot...Inside is canadian bacon-ham-turkey and a cheese blend of wisconsin sharp and vermont cheddar w/ bacon...

Secon fattie is the same sausage mix w/ scrambled eggs w/japs and ham-- topped with same cheese blend..

Had some boneless skinless chicken breast marinaded in chipolte overnite..wrapped in bacon ....

Chicken on with Abt's ( crab meat w/cream cheese and some are just pineapple cream cheese and some others are salmon cream cheese) and the fatties chugging along...

Ok, finally done........Everything turned out really good,The ribs i think i have finally figured out..I used 3.5-1.5-1 method..Have a nice weekend and happy smokes !!!
