Hello everyone,
my name is Rolf, 30, and I have been living in Fuzhou, China many years and finally(2008) got my hands on a weber and then some times later on a chinese made kamado(very similar to bge) Then I got myself a big appartment wih large balcony and been bbqing since.
Since there is no good reasonably priced beef around, smoking is the way to go! Brisket! But sometimes I need more action, and then I use my ots.
We got charcoal delivery here, so I wont switch to gas anytime soon. And we got good weather nearly all year round. So life is good.
