Hello all!
I am a long time fan of the smoke and fire. I am planning my first UDS build and i found a great many tips by lurking for a day or so and finally joined. Thanks in advance for your patience with yet another new guy. :shock:
PS i have seen pictures but what is a MOINK? They look yummy
 
Welcome: Glad you found us. This place rocks, and of course, "let the good times roll" Moincks are frozen, store bought meatballs wrapped in bacon and smoked. Look at some of the recipes supplied around the sight, as well as some pron, it don't get any better than this. Cheers, and Q to you.

after that the variations are limitless, kinda like a ABT :-D
