Fresh Chicken Thighs!!!
Had these hanging around for awhile now. Wife works for the School and they had a great idea to show the kids how to hatch birds. Problem was, what do you do after they hatch. What else, bring them to our house.
Just kidding the Birds are safe and sound in their huts for another night.

That should be the next class, "The Circle of Life", and teach the kids how to cook.
Looks mighty tasty!

Reminds me of a few years ago down in Cozumel. My wife and I were scuba diving, and the area (palancar reef) was quite a distance from the port (and any other civilization for that matter).
After our morning dive, we pulled up to a beach not far away, where they had lunch set up for everyone who happended to be diving there that day. A couple of the dishes had chicken in it, and I wondered where they stored the chicken, cuz I didn't see any refrigerators anywhere, hell it was in the middle of no where! After a bit of a look around, I noticed several live chickens in cages behind the cooking pits.........now that was some fresh chicken!
