Hey Brethren
I'm Bob and I'm in southwest Florida. Mid 40s with a wife of 19 years and 2 boys who love Q. Have typically smoked using the offset. More recently (although it's been around a long time) I heard about the UDS and found your site. After a very lengthy read and many adult beverages over several nights I finished the longest thread in the universe. I built my UDS and fired it up last night for the first time. Thanks to all who posted all of the excellent information on this site. Look forward to many great meals on my new toy.
