How is it going guys? I've been lurking a little on here the last few weeks, so I thought I'd step up to the bar and start posting. I dont have too much to add as I am pretty much a BBQ rookie. I've smoked a few butts, and right now my next hill to climb is ribs. The last rack I smoked the dog wouldn't eat. Anyway, here I am, I'm sure I'll learn a lot from you pros.

BTW I caught wind of this place from my buds over on the Chattanooga Fishing Forum, there's quite a few BBQB over there.

Welcome aboard Allen. You don't have to be a pro to join. If you hang out a while though this bunch will make you a way better barbecuer.:mrgreen:
