A mix of things tonight...
Double filet's of Salmon on a soaked Ceder Plank dressed with a Maple Mustard Sauce going to the Gasser.
While we were waiting on that, we threw a pizza in the oven (yes, oven) kept it simple, sweet sauce, shredded and chopped mozzarella.
One last appetizer.
And the finished product pulled with an internal of 145°.
Yea Dinner was delicious!
