Just a quick note to introduce myself My names mark, but my friends call me breaky Ive very little experience with GOOD bbqing, but want to learn!! I live in Adelaide South Australia. Dunno how many Aussies are on this forum, but I hope I don't let the side down~~ I came across this site by accident and began reading your UDS thread - I'm on page92 of 156. Holy cow, what a thread! Anyway, the more i read the more hooked i become. I want in and am starting to gather my materials to make my own ( Another obsession - I'm an all grain beer maker too!) Heres to a hopefully long and fruitful association!! Breaky
