Hey everyone. Just wanted to say a quick hi. I live in deep south Texas and have been doing competition cooking for about 8 years. We have placed a few times, but our local cookoffs usually only have about 20 teams. I will include a link to a site we are currently building. It shows the pit we finished up last year.
