I became a member back in July, and am just now finding my way to the "Cattle call", so I will introduce myself and our team. Our team consists of family and friends that have contributed to a continuation of BBQ excellence throughout the years. We started in the backyard years ago like everyone else and have only been competing since 2003. Our very first contest was @ the Missouri State Fair that year. Alot of learning and experience has come in between. We have had a chance to meet some very nice people and have been lucky enough to win the judges taste-buds for a few ribbons and or trophies. Good luck to everyone in the next year ahead!
