Hey all,
I'm new to the brethren. Hail from Norfolk, VA. Have done very little smoking in my life, but am looking forward to learning as much as possible. Have already built a drum and did my first burn last week. Getting ready to do some beef ribs and a couple fatties tomorrow. Look forward to getting to know more of you.
