...and answered a craigslist ad for a "Korean Hibachi". No picture and vague details. The guy called me and I grilled him for the details and it turned out to be another Japanese Kamado. Ancient style with the plug vent, Medium size with a 16" grate.

The firebox is another jigsaw puzzle and the ring is in 3 pieces and the cap has a crack, but the top and bottom are in very good shape. This one should clean up nicely! $20
 
Trade?

Great score! Who cares if the firebox, fire ring and cap are cracked - those are easy to fix. So long as the dome and bottom are solid. You wouldn't want to trade for Humpty would you? :mrgreen: :wink:
