Default canadian bacon, fatties and beef logs

well got rained out today , so rigged a canopy over my smoker and decided that my pork loin with buckboard bacon cure was ready to smoke. I threw on 2 bob evans fatties and 6 beef logs that I made with a recipe from Morton's tenderquick site. good stuff.
