A few months ago I taught a class on BBQ and Grilling. Now I'm not the best griller(don't own one right now) so I stuck to what I know better.

In the course of doing my research for this class I assembled a LOT of sites, pdf's, and other information about our favorite topic here and have started posting them out on my Bobby's BBQ site.

Over the course of the day I will be posting more of them up there in between all of the other fun stuff I get to do today.

Right now there's Beef, Veal, Kitchen Essentials, and an Angus one pager. I've got about 8 or 9 more to go up. I will update this thread when I post more.
