smoked sirloin tip sammies

First time with a smoked sirloin tip. Took it to 130 degrees, pulled it and let it rest for about 1 hour. Sliced really thin. Some provolone and pepper jack cheese, pasta salad and brocolli/cheese. I will certainly do this again!



 
I love rare meat. That's a great sammie.

It seems there has been many sammies produced on the forum the last couple of days.
 
That looks great. I will have to give that a try.
