I was finally able to get some butts to slice-I seem to always get it to the point of pulling only-Man was I happy!
Everything turned out well with about 3 minutes to spare!

Yeah! 9 racks o' ribs,2 pork butts,7sausage links,15 chicken thighs, a full pan of taters,15lbs of beans I don't even know how much pasta salad the wife made, and a bunch of bananas.
Needless to say,the farkers ate almost all the meat-imagine that!

Great looking food. Dumb question, what is that in the 2nd pic. Looks like banana's?

Edit..Beat me to it.........

How long on the smoker for the Banana's?

Matt, it's a "good one" chuckwagon model. I love it!
As for those naners...not much better than chocolate and bananas!

That looks fantastic! Haven't thought about smoking bananas since my college days. Looks great!

Oh yeah!! Banana boats. I make these on the grill all of the time. Split the banana, fill with chocolate chips and marshmallows, then wrap in foil. I've never made them on the smoker cause the way I do'em, the marshmallow and chips would melt out (I load'em up). Maybe I'll do it on the smoker next time.

I guess I forgot to mention how many people...I think we counted 34.
