Just wanted to say a word about Jay's response to a small problem I had with the gauges on my new cooker. They were fogging up. E- mailed him and he shipped me a new set right away, along with a bonus sample of sauce and rub!! All he ask is that I send the old ones back. That's service you don't often find now days. Thanks Brother Jay! I'm lovin' this Spice box! ..stan
 
Jay is the bomb-digitty of the bbq smoker world , hands down the best
 
I have to say I have used everything in my goodie bag and it's all been fantastic so it's about time I placed an order. Thanks for the reminder guys.
 
That does it. I was kicking in between Spice med. or Backwoods. Service after the sale always reels me in.

But Jays pics are too dang big to post
I will take some myself
If the Warden lets the board out of the house
 
Jay is the very best at servicing his customers. None are better. Great cooker + great service, why would anyone consider any other cooker?
