Sunday Thighs and Beef Short Ribs

While I was doing some other things around the yard and in the garage, I threw on a family pack of chicken thighs and 4 - beef short ribs. I've been trying to work on trimming my thighs to make them more uniform. I did ok, but still room for improvement. :-D Thighs were not sauced or brined, but I did put some rub on them. The short ribs were not rubbed, but did get some honey and apple juice when I foiled them.
