Default Side dishs

Ok guy's what kinda sides do like to make when BBQ'n.
Here's one that I did today.

3 cups mini sweet peppers
1 small cucumber
1 small onion
1 med green pepper
1 lb of tomatoes
1 lb of pineapple chunks
1 table spoon of minced dill
8oz redwine vinaigrette dressing

dice everything up in smaller pieces and add dressing

Looks nice and refreshing. I would definately make that in the summer. I personally would try a balsamic vinegarette

I like the Balsamic to but I think it takes over on flavor.

I normally use low cal dressing but I couldn't find any for some reason.
