Default Couple slabs O' spares

Doing a couple slabs of ribs. Just made a big batch of rub, some slather and have the mop on the stove reducing down. I am taking pics and will post them.

I might have cookes some spares yesterday. They may have been very good. But there is no evidence of such a thing so it must have been a dream.
