BBQ-Brethren goes into battle 4/4-4/5
Thom Emery and I will go into battle this weekend as BBQ-Brethren.com in the Palm Desert Country Club IBCA BBQ Cookoff. We'll be cooking four meats in the wind and heat. This is also a People's choice contest so we will be handing samples out to the public during the contest.
Wish us luck!

Will be using WSM's and a Kettle. Aren't we still Brethren style?
