My son did his first comp this weekend. He did chicken only and it was funny how nervous he was. I think I may have lost my runner.

His team name is Shake-N-Bake from the movie Talladega Nights.
I think I had more fun watching him cook then getting my calls. He ended up getting 19 out of 30 Roo-b-Qn made a banner for me to give to him.

the only thing I didn't like is how he turn my apron inside out and used it, Do you think he is competetive. LOL

Thanks guy's I am pretty proud.

Scott'd thats what I'm afraid of and I think your name came up in that butt kicking to.

That young man is definately headed in the right direction. Congrats to you pops for getting him headed in the right direction.

This will pay off ten fold. Trust me on this one.

Think he's smarter than all of us, Keeps it clean so he looks sharp when picking up the prize money!

Scott,
You have to be proud of him.
No question about it.
You should also be lucky that he is doing this
with his Dad.

NOW.... My observation for this future award winner.

He needs to stop the Michael Jackson pose with his hand.
Either that or get some suspenders to hold up his britches
so he doesn't have to grab his crotch.

Just my 2 cents.... Laughing my arse off and very happy for him.

He did well for his first time out! Congrats!

Austin did a great job and my wife and I were REALLY hoping he would have beat Scott . . . that would have been funny!
As they were leaving the awards ceremony I told Austin he needed to do ribs next time as he had his cooker going anyway. I think he is hooked.
Good job on the training there Scott.
