Contest Help

Hopefully I will be competeing in a local BBQ contest soon. Since I have never been what are some general rules and things that could help me out. I have a list of things that I want to take to the contest but what things do you normally take to the contest. I am going to local contest for now until l I feel comfortable then I will go to the AR.

I found some lists of things to take from the Roadmap for this form. I think its post #3. There is a lot of good info in there. Hope it helps, and good luck.
