That looks fantastic!

I'm not sure where or how but my buddy ended up paying the singer Meat Loaf $100 for a quick birthday message for his Dad. I'd imagine an average birthday shout-out is maybe thirty seconds to a minute long. Not Meat Loafs. He left my friends Dad a 25 minute message! He even did a quick promotion/commercial for my friends Dad mechanic shop. No one asked him to do it. Funny part is that my friends dad shop is on their family farm in a town of 11 people. Pretty cool he did that on his own either way. Now I'm rambling but your post made me think of that.....

ok THIS IS FANTASTIC......I've been scratching my head wondering what to fix for Thanksgiving since turkey is WAY too high for how mediocre it is.....I think this is going to be the main dish!!!

Any chance you could give some approximate quantities on the onion, garlic, q-salt and celery powder??? I really hate to screw this up on Thanksgiving :/

HUGE thanks for this great idea!!!!
