Best BBQ Guru Replacement Probes

Watching this, as my Cyber Q and Maverick are reading about 16 degrees different inches apart. When I get the energy, I think I will hook them up in the oven and see which one is correct. Neither are even close to the analog thermometer on the pit, but I can understand that.
