I was on the hunt for catfish but I found some Pacific cod for a better price. I fired up Tin Man (Old Smokey) and made some BBQ beans with hickory chips. My old Brinkmann turkey fryer works great for fish. My trusty four legged clean-up guy was on high alert as usual. It was a good day. Thanks for looking.
