Default Rotisserie chicken with an apricot honey citrus glaze – PICS

Did a nice rotisserie chicken with some white wine pancetta brussels sprouts, grilled baked potatoes and some yeast rolls.

That's a fine looking bird, makes want to go out and buy a rotisserie.

I just made it up on the fly.
This should get you close though;

- around a cup of apricot jelly or orange marmalade would work GREAT I bet.
- around a 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- bit of lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- some fresh parsley and some scallions or other fresh herbs would work
- SP&G
- Everything in a sauce pan and bring up to heat till everything mixes and the jelly kind of melts into a sauce like consistency.
