So finally making it for the first time. After seeing Joedy's chuck roast soup I couldn't take it anymore. I have to do my own for shredding. It took a lot longer than I was hoping but, not planning. On at 11:00 at 220 with extreme smoke. Wrap in foil pan at 250. Bumped to 300 at 4:30 to get it finished by 5:30. Wasn't able to shred at 210 had to take to 218. Was a big hit with all.

That looks real good.

That is one big bottle of BBQ sauce. And you know what they say about a man with a big bottle of sauce...
 
Joe, Most excellent pulled beef there, one of my favorites!! Picked up a 3 lb chuck the other day and getting ready to do some myself.
 
Nicely done, Joe! I was going to comment on the big bottle of sauce myself. I hope it is a family favorite so you all can go through it quickly.
