picked up our lamb last week, so I did some chops in the sous vide. simple salt and pepper with a little olive oil, ~1 hour at 125, then onto the kettle for a quick sear over some red hot lump in the vortex:
Served up with some roasted brussels sprouts, and a sweet potato dish made from thanksgiving leftovers:
very simple feed, but super tasty :thumb:
