Chef John is go to for me for recipe/food ideas

Wanted try different type of wings, had all ingredients on hand, so here we are. I didn't use ginger oil and just used bottled chili sauce for dipping, didn't have all ingredients for his dipping sauce

These will be in my with wing rotation, very good flavor and nice heat. My first bite thought they were on mild side but heat built up and was blend of flavor and heat I like.

My trusty watch dog was keeping watch, but had settle for kibble

Fantastic day for it, Adam! Couldn’t have picked a better one for those wings... look delicious! Big fan of Fulton brews... solid choice!

In this particular video his speech has an extremely annoying cadence. Remarkably irritating after a minute or two. However, that recipe looks good and it is something I will probably try soon.
