The best brisket I've ever cooked. I really worked on keeping my fire clean and my temps steady. I also cooked 2 pork shoulders, some chicken breasts, boudin and stuffed peppers. The brisket stole the show. It's also the first brisket on my new LSG. Coincidence?

You Texas guys and your briskets ( yeah, just color the rest of us jealous!). That was an excellent looking first cook, glad to see that everything turned out great.
