Tri Tip Stew —brrrrr

Windchill near zero. Cooked a Tri Tip yesterday. Chunked it earlier. Regular stew fare but extra garlic onion and purple cabbage. Instant Pot. Was good enough starting another batch.

Stew is good cold weather grub. That's what I use bargain bin brisket for.

I'd eat some beef stew.
