Decided to make some jerky on the Yoder. Cooked at 175 for a couple of hours, then bumped up to 200 to finish. Some of the best jerky I have made.

Looks great, what recipe/techniques do you use?

It varies each time. My basic marinade is 1 part soy sauce, 2 parts worcetershire sauce, 2 parts hot sauce. Then add the seasonings, this is where you can get creative. The basics are onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne, black pepper, and coriander.
