Default Delicious Brisket Leftovers Keto Salad

G'Day Bruces!

I kept that point from the Brisket I did last week, along with some of the flat.

I made up a really nice salad with some chorizo, olives, aragula (Rocket) and Avo

Crisped up some chunks of the point in a CI pan.

Then warmed through some slices of the flat.

Served it up on the salad with some sauerkraut and Tabasco on the side.

The Brisket was just bursting with flavor! Man, was I full after that!

Cheers!
