Has anyone used The Big Easy to do just a Turkey Breast I am thinking about using it or my Egg This is a Pre T Day cook for my son to use on T Day Plan to freeze it and warm it up with the Sous Vide

Thanks for the advice but I am going to have the Egg going for smoked salmon. I think when that is done I will kick the temp up to 325 and put on the turkey breast. It is boneless so Inwill cook it flat skin side down like it is spatchcocked. Will put on harvest brine this eve. Prob will not add a rub to it after I unwrap it tomorrow
 
I have done both Turkey Breasts and Whole Turkeys in mine, I love it!
I do like to inject the birds the day before and let them marinate overnight :clap2:
