Thinking they were built by same Guy who builds Assassins if me memory still works. Believe Superior is out of business.?

Both. Superior, Rebel. Assassin were all very similar because the same place made them - Rebel n Superior are no longer with us.......

C&C Manufacturing built Superiors, and are now building Assassins. They're similar builds, and C&C is a high quality builder.
