Twice smoked ham

I was in mood for some ham so I bought the Kirkland ham from Costco. Poured can of pineapple chunks and smoked it using some cherry wood for about 3 hours. I made myself open faced ham sandwich and roasted garlic for dinner.

NICE! I look forward to leftover ham sammiches at Easter and Turkey sammiches at Thanksgiving more than the " regular" meal.
