[FONT="]I wanted a McRib today, but I didn't want to go to the place that sells them. So I made my own. Started out with a rack of baby backs. Seasoned them with Zero to Hero and The BBQ Rub.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Smoked them at 265 for about 2 hours, wrapped for 2 hours and then glazed.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Popped the bones out and then cut in half both length and width.[/FONT]
