Default New 1000 gallon smoker finally done.....

New smoker complete.....she's going to be used exclusively for salmon. Finishing an interior clean out then test her to make sure the flow is good. Then she will be painted a light color so the summer sun won't make her as hot as a black smoker...makes cold smoking fish a heck of a lot easier. I think it will hold a decent amount of fish

We are a relatively new company so a yearly number would be hard to say.

Nice work, Dan. Do you have an interior shot of the smoke stack?

That is a HUGE firebox and chimney for cold smoking. Are you also planning to do hot smoked salmon as well?
