Boston Butt —-Jelly Frito Pie

Just finished 4 mi urban hike. Hungry. Chili Grind meat- seasoned- two large scoops of Butt Jelly from last Boston Butt (killer flavor). Chili and green chile seasonings and a can of rinsed Bush’s Chili Beans.

Now I need to fetch Fritos and Shiner. Topping TBD

Cold front coming. Amen.

It doesn't sound very delicious! Kind of one of those double-take deals. However, that looks wonderful and I will have to remember to save the BUTT JELLY next time. Way to reinvent the chili pie wheel!
