Short Stuff is making dinner and chose chicken and beef and her rubs
Plowboy’s “Yardbird” for the chicken and Obie-Cue’s “Sweet N’ Heat” for the bottom round

She has them all rubbed up and back into the fridge for a while

Time to start cooking, the chicken is for tonight and the beef will feed us during the week

Can't believe how fast time flies Marty. When I came on board here she's was a "baby" I know a lot of folks don't know her story but she's lucky to have you. Now she's kicking butt and putting dinners together. :thumb:

Totally awesome cook. She has been paying attention well, and the fact that she wanted to cook, that is just inspiring. Well done, Short Stuff. We may need to have a TD of cooks under 18 years old so the youth can show off their skills.
